2.2 The user shall take full responsibility for the authenticity, legality and validity of the registration information in "exping". The user shall not impersonate others; shall not publish any information in the name of others; shall not maliciously use the registered account to cause misunderstanding by other users; otherwise "exping" has the right to immediately stop providing services, withdraw its account, and the user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.

2.6 You understand and confirm that the ownership and related rights and interests of your registered account in "exping" belong to the company, and you only have the right to use the account after completing the registration procedures. Your account is limited to your own use. Without the written consent of the company, it is prohibited to give, borrow, rent, transfer, sell or otherwise permit others to use the account in any form. If the company finds out or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, the company has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to the registered account without notifying you, and has the right to permanently disable the account or cancel the account , without taking legal responsibility to the user who registered the account.

If you do not obtain the "exping" software and related services from the company or a third party authorized by the company, the company cannot guarantee that the unofficial version of the "exping" software and related services can be used normally. 3.2 The company may develop different application software versions for different terminal devices and usage needs. You should obtain, download and install the appropriate version according to the actual device and demand.
3.3 In order to better improve user experience and services, the company will provide updates or changes to the "exping" software and related services from time to time (including but not limited to software modification, upgrade, function enhancement, development of new services, software replacement, etc.), You can choose whether to update the corresponding version according to your needs. In order to ensure the security of "exping" software and related services and improve user services, after partial or complete updates of "exping" software and related services, the company will use appropriate methods (including but not limited to system prompts, announcements, site letters, etc.) ) reminds you that you have the right to choose to accept the updated version; if you choose not to update, some functions of the "exping" software and related services will be restricted or cannot be used normally.
3.4 The specific services of this product are provided according to the actual situation, and "exping" reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate some or all of the services. Unless otherwise expressly provided in this agreement, any new features that add or enhance the current product or service, including new products launched, are subject to this agreement. 3.7 Support in action Description

"exping" will fully protect users' personal privacy information through technical means, strengthening internal management and other methods, unless required by law or by government departments with legal authority. Except for reasons such as obtaining the user's explicit authorization in advance, "exping" guarantees that it will not disclose or disclose the user's personal privacy information to the third party, or the non-public content stored by the user when using the service. 6.4 Processing flow

The phenomenon that the content that has been deleted or processed by "exping", but can still be searched by search engines such as Baidu and Google, is because search engines such as Baidu and Google have their own caches, and "exping" has no right to deal with such problems. This is the only official infringement complaint channel of the "exping" platform, and no other methods are provided to deal with this business.

10.1 According to the development of the Internet and changes in relevant laws, regulations and normative documents, or due to business development needs, "exping" has the right to modify or change the terms of this agreement. 10.2 If you do not agree with the modifications made by "exping" to the relevant terms of this agreement, the user has the right and should stop using "exping".
