No, it is not mandatory. Only the collaboration initiator needs to be an exp+ member; other collaborators who are not exp+ members can still use the membership features.
Yes, they do. Currently, map editing is exclusively supported on mobile devices, while fundamental collaboration features like marking places, grouping, and adding stickers can be edited on the web.

On the collaboration management page, click "All," remove all collaborators, and then you can delete the map. Once the map is deleted, it cannot be recovered, so please ensure all collaborators are aware of the deletion process.
